Kpalimé, located 120 km north of Lomé in Togo's Plateaux Region, is the administrative center of Kloto Prefecture and the country's fourth-largest city. Known for its lush surroundings and mild climate, it serves as a gateway to Mount Agou, Togo's highest peak, and Mount Kloto, offering sweeping views of the landscape. The area is rich with natural attractions, including waterfalls, coffee and cocoa plantations, and forest trails teeming with birds and butterflies. Notable landmarks include the Holy Spirit Cathedral, the Benedictine Monastery at Dzogbegan, and the Colonial Governor's House in Misahohé.
