We had a great sailing trip with an amazing, experienced and knowledgeable crew where we saw turtles, dolphins and pilot whales. There was a stop for snorkeling, too.

An unforgettable experience at sea – Cuba Libre Sailing Trips, Cape Verde I had the pleasure of taking an excursion with Cuba Libre Sailing Trips to Santa Maria, Sal Island, and I can highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves the sea and nature. From the first moment, the crew was attentive and safe, making us feel at ease and ensuring a worry-free navigation. Captain Tony and Aidson were incredibly professional, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions, demonstrating great expertise and concern for the safety of everyone on board. The Atlantic Ocean cruise was spectacular, with breathtaking views. On board, the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant: we were served unlimited drinks, accompanied by some snacks, perfect for enjoying every moment in total comfort. We didn't see any dolphins or turtles in person, but the crew showed us a beautiful video shot that morning of these spectacular encounters. We also had the chance to swim in crystal-clear waters, a thrilling addition to the day. Just wanted to give a big recommendation for Cuba Libre Sailing Trips Cape Verde. We had a half day trip out with them yesterday and it was fantastic - the crew are friendly, helpful and approachable and the catamaran is stunning. Big thanks especially to Gloria who helped with our booking. Our daughter is neurodiverse and has some audio difficulties and that makes being in crowds difficult for her. Gloria was so kind and understanding of our situation and was able to give us lots of information before hand that really helped us. We had to make a last minute change to the date due to illness and they were really understanding and we were quickly rebooked without any probelms. It was hot and choppy but the crew and captain were excellent and we felt safe at all times. We saw lots of flying fish and even got to see some dolphins enjoying the waves with us. After the trip we got to swim off of the boat - this was lots of fun but do not under estimated the strength of the current. It was surprising to us but life jackets and snorkels are all available. Would highly recommend this trip and thanks to the team for giving us such a great experience

We booked the half day sail through our tour company. It was a great trip and crew pointed out flying fish. We were offered drinks and peanuts. On our arrival back in harbour, some of us went snorkelling - they took us in the small boat to where we could see fish through the clear water
