Payment Methods & Deposit Terms ▼

JerryAfrica Safaris accepts secure online payment links, bank transfers, and cash payments in USD or Tanzanian Shillings when agreed in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, depending on the safari and booking conditions. The remaining balance is paid according to the agreed terms. Payment instructions are provided after booking details are confirmed. Customers receive confirmation once payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy ▼

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the safari package, travel dates, accommodation, and supplier conditions. Customers should notify JerryAfrica Safaris as early as possible if they need to cancel or change their booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the agreed booking terms and cancellation conditions. Any non-refundable fees or supplier charges may be deducted from the refund.

Tipping Guidelines ▼

Tipping is optional but appreciated in Tanzania as a way to thank guides, drivers, and safari staff for good service. There is no fixed amount, and tips should reflect the quality of service and your personal satisfaction. For safaris, guests may tip the guide at the end of the trip. Tips can be given directly in cash, preferably in Tanzanian Shillings or USD.
