Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 40% deposit is required to confirm all bookings and is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of travel are non-refundable. Gorilla, chimpanzee, and other wildlife permits are subject to the issuing authority's policies and are generally non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 30 business days, less bank, card, and supplier charges.

Child Policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 3 years stay free when sharing with parents (subject to lodge policy). Ages 3–11 qualify for child rates where applicable, while guests aged 12 years and above are charged adult rates. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Some activities, including gorilla and chimpanzee trekking, are subject to minimum age restrictions set by wildlife authorities.

Single Traveler Policy & Pricing

Single travelers are welcome at Kuzuri Escapades. Prices are based on single occupancy and include a single supplement where applicable. Guests who wish to share accommodation with another traveler may do so only if a suitable roommate is available and both parties agree. All rates include the same services and experiences as advertised unless otherwise stated. Single traveler pricing may vary depending on accommodation availability and seasonal rates.
