Routes Kilimanjaro Adventures believe visitors to the region will have a more fulfilling experience if they go beyond the package tour and appreciate real Tanzanian life. We are entirely locally owned and operated, meaning that all of our proceeds stay in Tanzania and benefit Tanzanians. It is important for us to give back to our local population, helping them to appreciate the gifts of the mountains and wildlife. We are involved in conservation efforts, education programs and projects helping street children in the surrounding areas. Every itinerary, whether trekking, safari, or cultural excursion, will include descriptions of Tanzanian history and culture by our expert guides.
