Excellent
We rented a car for a week and was very satisfied. The car was in good condition and well suited for the rough roads. I felt the company was fair and flexible when I decided to upgrade to a different car. When I requested a full-to-full tank option, they filled up the tank. We arranged a hand over of the car to a company employee at the airport upon leaving, which was very practical for us.

Excellent
We have rented cars 2 times with them. Once in 2024 and second time now in February 2026 - amazing, fast and very friendly contact with staff We rented cars in Sao Tome and also on Principe Island. The cars we got were great and we had zero problems with them, very fairly priced and reliable. We would like to thank all the staff at Saoferias for making our holidays wonderful!

Excellent
I have rented a car with Saoferias, the booking was fast and the communication exceptional and in English. The pickup at the airport was smooth and drop-off at my hotel was seamless too. I will rent at Saoferias again if I am in São Tomé

Good
Rented a car with Saoferias and they had the vehicle delivered to our place for both pick-up and drop-off. They are easy to contact and also very prompt with their replies, which was great. There was a problem with the engine easily overheating, something the rental guy didn't tell us, but that's typical in Africa and wasn't too difficult to handle.
