Cancellation & Refund Policy ▼

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are based on the date Travel Ethiopia receives the cancellation notice: 89–61 days: 50% charged; 59–31 days: 70% charged; 30 days or less: 100% charged. Any eligible refund will be processed after applicable charges. Bank fees and exchange-rate differences are deducted from the refund amount.
