Urban made our trip comfortable, safe and hassle free! Our guide (Urban) was completely friendly and took great care of us. They were always on time and eager to help with every one of our needs. Urban and the team made my Ugandan adventure absolutely perfect. I would describe them with these words: Kindness, friendliness, care, and knowledge! I absolutely recommend the team at Trots and Safaris and plan to return again for another fantastic experience!

Urban was in complete control, providing excellent communication, wise counsel, and safe travel. After my 4th trip with Trots, I am still surprised how seamless, from pre-planning through trip completion, every detail is handled. This company works with personal dedication and the highest integrity. I WILL use them again next year!

At all times, I was made to feel safe and in the know, with every detail of my trip cared for. This was my 3rd trip using Trots & Safari Uganda. Year after year, from planning to execution, my trip has been handled personally and professionally. I appreciate all of their team's good communication, timely counsel, and friendly staff. I have covered a lot of miles in Western Uganda, and will continue to entrust my travel and arrangments to Trots for years to come!

During my trip to Uganda, I expected a warm welcome with a friendly smile and respect. My trip to Kampala Uganda was amazing. I was not prepared for all the friendly people and services that I received there. I was just moved by the beauty of the country. We had an incurable driver who made sure that we were able to see lots of the resources. I will encourage anyone who wants to go and see for yourse
