Wild Sage Africa

About Wild Sage Africa

Wild Sage Africa was founded by Canadian travel journalist and photographer Alicia-Rae Light and Rwandan safari guide Isiaka Nzaramba (Isaac). Together, we blend global expertise with local roots to craft journeys that are personal, sustainable, and unforgettable. With our own fleet of custom safari vehicles and a trusted network of expert guides, we offer boutique DMC services in Rwanda and Uganda, while also curating extraordinary safaris across East and Southern Africa with our trusted partners. Every detail is seamless, every journey authentic—always keeping the soul of Africa at the heart of the experience. Why Choose Us? Because we’re not just operators—we’re travelers, storytellers, and guides who live and breathe this region. Isaac knows the landscapes, wildlife, and people of East Africa like family, with a passion that makes every safari come alive. Alicia adds creativity, detail, and two decades of global travel experience to craft trips that feel as beautiful and effortless as they are adventurous. Together, we combine heart and expertise to make sure every journey with Wild Sage is authentic, seamless, and full of wonder.
