Our adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Kigali, Rwanda, where you will meet your professional guide and start the scenic drive towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda, one of the world’s most remarkable rainforest destinations and home to the endangered mountain gorillas. The journey takes you through the beautiful landscapes of Rwanda and southwestern Uganda, offering breathtaking views of rolling hills, local communities, farmlands, and the stunning countryside often referred to as the “Land of a Thousand Hills.” Along the way, you will have opportunities to enjoy cultural interactions, take memorable photographs, and experience the unique beauty of East Africa. After crossing the Rwanda–Uganda border, you will continue to the Bwindi region, arriving at your lodge for relaxation and preparation for the next day’s unforgettable gorilla trekking experience.
