The Mikumi National Park shares its boundary in the south with Selous Game Reserve and Kilombero Game Controlled Area. Animals move between Selous, Kilombero and Mikumi National parks each year depending on the season of the year. Animals like Wild dogs, lions, Elephant, Buffaloes and Zebras migrate to and from the northern part of the reserve into Mikumi National Park.This national park is definitely a park that is surrounded with the wild throughout the year!

Early morning our driver will pick you up from Dar Es Salaam from your Hotel and start safari to Mikumi National Park; the trip will take approximately 5 hours to arrive at Mikumi NP. Arrive at Mikumi and direct to the game drive.You can see zebras, lions, wild dogs, pythons, hartebeest, wildebeest, elephants, impala, warthog, eland and other antelopes. Several observation towers enable you to overview the park in its entirety. mikumi national park is mostly miombo woodland with gently rolling hills. Later return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
