Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere national park)
Your driver guide in an open roof safari vehicle will pick you up from your hotel or airport in Dar es Salaam and drive you to Selous Game Reserve, a five hours drive from Dar. Have your lunch upon your arrival and go for boat safari along river Rufiji. Selous has some of the best boat safaris found anywhere in Africa. Enjoy game viewing on top of water as you see hippos, crocodiles and elephants along the river. In the evening go to your lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 2: Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere national park) full day
Have your breakfast at 7:00 AM and at 7:30 AM with picnic lunch go for game drive in Selous named after Frederick Selous the famous British explorer and now is also known as Nyerere national park. Selous is Africa's biggest game reserve standing at 50,000 sqkms and get to see some fabulous game including elephant, wild dog, buffalo, giraffes, crocodile and fantastic prides of lions. Enjoy your lunch at 12:30 pm at a perfect spot chosen by your guide. After lunch continue with game drive until evening In the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere national park) game drive & Mloka village tour
Have your breakfast at 7:00 AM, and at 7:30 AM, with picnic lunch, go for a full-day game drive and explore other parts of the reserve that covers an area of nearly 50,000 square kilometres or 19,000 square miles. At 4:00 PM, go for a village tour at Mloka village, where you shall visit the market, police post, shops and meet the local people going about their village life. Mloka village gives you the opportunity of experiencing a real African village life. In the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan (breakfast + lunch + dinner)

Day 4: Selous Game Reserve to Dar es Salaam
Wake up early in the morning and go for an early morning walking safari from 6:30 AM in the reserve where you will be accompanied by an armed ranger. Explore this rich wilderness on foot until 9:30 AM when you shall return to lodge for your breakfast. After breakfast start your journey to Dar es Salaam where you will be dropped off at your requested location. End of tour.
