Algeria Journey

My first visit to Algeria was incredible, I have been to other neighbouring countries but Algeria was the best experience so far. My tour guide was led by Isam and sofiane, they were very helpful throughout the stay and ensured I was comfortable during my stay. The activities and excursions planned for me were perfectly planned. The restaurants they took me too were very good, if fact they were some of the best restaurants I have been to. The Algerian food places they took me to were amazing. I would love to go back to Algeria 1 day for another visit as there was so much still to see and explore. During this stay I managed to explore both Algiers and Biskra. Overall it was a beautiful experience thanks to Isam and sofiane. My biggest regret was not staying for longer, I will be in contact with Algeria Journey to visit again

I had travel lot of places around the world. But Especially it was a great tour with this agency. That person speak in english. i did not face any language issues. They do very respect to the guest person who travel with them. I feel very safe and secure with them. They put focus on security. They good service and also provide car service. It was a great tour service for a tourist person. I am very pleased. I recommend strongly. Thanks for everything from first day to last day. Also thanks to drop me in airport. I’ve had the pleasure of taking multiple excursions with Algeria Journey. The owner Isam speaks great English and has facilitated enjoyable and memorable trips with the small groups I’ve been a part of. His skill and comfort in planning and leading tours has made us feel like we’re seeing the country with an old friend. In Algiers we visited the Kasbah and our official guide was a kind man whose family has lived there for decades. At one point we were able to enter through a house onto a rooftop for a breathtaking view of the Kasbah, the city of Algiers, and the Mediterranean. We especially enjoyed stopping in various small shops of traditional artisans. We also traveled to Tipaza, an ancient Roman settlement right on the Mediterranean coast. The beauty as well as the history that the location represents was incredible. After the tour, we went to a seaside restaurant for some amazing seafood and a friendly conversation with Isam and his colleague about the culture and history of Algeria. On another visit to Algeria, Algeria Journey planned us a trip to Timgad, another ancient Roman settlement near Batna. This was also a remarkable walk through history. Having been to Rome, I can say that because of the smaller crowds in Timgad and Tipasa, I was able to enjoy the experience in a much more relaxed and intimate way. The state of the ruins are also possibly more complete in these two historical sites compared to much of Rome. We plan to take future tours with Isam and Algeria Journey, especially an overnight trip in the Sahara! We highly recommend their expertise and their attention to detail. We find them easy to work with and willing to adjust tours to our preferences. Thanks Isam!
