If anyone's looking for an agency that knows how to book a trip that's top-notch, I highly recommend it! They're the best on the island

We contacted Barracuda Tours to book a trip to Santo Antão. Suelly arranged a 3-day tour to São Vicente and Santo Antão for us, filled with wonderful experiences and insights into the stunning natural beauty of both islands. They organized two full-day tours with fantastic guides, two nights' accommodation in a hotel right on the port in Mindelo, flights from Sal to São Vicente and back, and all necessary transfers. The folks here are lovely, very welcoming, accommodating and flexible - and offer a range of different activities for the island. We’ve been unlucky to have wind and waves so some of the tours were cancelled but we managed to arrange alternatives. Big shoutout to the team, and especially to Tracey who treated us amazingly and made our holiday unforgettable!

We had a very enjoyable Island Tour with Paolo who was an excellent driver and we felt very safe. We travelled on out of the way tracks so we saw a lot of the Island. I enjoyed being driven around in the open air truk. At the various points of interest Paolo told us a little bit about where we were and we were never rushed. We liked the fact that Paolo took our photos at Terra Boa and also when we were floating in the salt lake. The trip included lunch and a drink which was excellent. We ate at Area Docas, Pedra de Lume. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and I can highly recommend it.

For the second year, we chose the Barracuda Tours agency for this visit to Sal Island. Jandira provided 5-star support (also our second year with her). We took a bus tour of the island with guide Ademir, who patiently explained various aspects of the island and the history of the Cape Verde islands (we had previously done this by pickup truck). The catamaran tour was spectacular and very lively. In two years, we will return to explore other islands of this wonderful archipelago and its friendly people!
