Payments can be done in 2 or 3 instalments. 25% deposit is required to firm the booking. Balance payment can be spread over the available period before travel date. Final balance can be paid 7days prior to travel date or by cash upon arrival.

Payments can be done by bank transfer or by card via secured link. All card payment will incur 3% surcharge

14 Days or Less / No-Show,100% Non-refundable (no refund issued for early checkouts or unused portions of the safari).

Standard Suggested Tip: US $10 to $20 per guest, per day.

Private / Exclusive Safari: US $15 to $25 per guest, per day.

When to Tip: It is customary to present the tip directly to your driver guide at the end of the safari during your final farewell, rather than daily.

Kids 0-2yrs are considered infant, therefore they travel free of charge

3-11yrs pays 50% if sharing room with parents and 75% if taking own room

12yrs and above pays adult rate

Single Room Supplement applies to all rates. The supplement depends on the travel season

We use 4x4 lanc cruisers for all our safaris. Please note that the maximum capacity per vehicle is 8pax. However, beacuse of luggage, we recommend maximum 6pax.

Airport transfers may be done using minivan

Accommodation on first or last day can be arranged for on request if not included in the package.
