I cannot say enough about how wonderful the trip was. I highly recommend this company to everyone who has an interest in Casamance and The Gambia. 10/10. Truly outstanding

It was an unforgettable adventure, filled with so much warmth. In our opinion, Alieu and his team are the best choice for Gambia, which made the whole trip a dream come true for us! We just returned from our excursions with Bushwhacker Tours and are absolutely thrilled. Thanks to Alieu and his team, we were able to experience the real, authentic West Africa. We felt safe at all times. Everything was perfectly organized. Alieu has such extensive expertise, answered all our questions so well, and provided us with so many details and background information. We took several tours that showcased the region's diversity in an impressive way: ROOTS Tour with Kunta Kinteh Island: This tour was very moving and an educational experience. The history was presented with such respect and expertise that this day left a lasting impression on us. 3 Days in Casamance (Senegal): The absolute highlight of our trip! The organization was first-class. We were able to discover regions and cultures that are rarely seen by the average tourist. An unforgettable experience away from the crowds. Fathala Wildlife Reserve: Another fantastic experience! The safari, located right near the border in Senegal, was perfectly planned. Seeing the animals so close, especially the zebras, antelopes, and monkeys, is a true adventure that we highly recommend to every animal lover. Makasutu: The forest is beautiful. The observation tower offered a stunning view of the fascinating landscape. We found the many different uses of the plants, especially their medicinal ones, very impressive. What made Bushwhacker Tours so unique for us was their warmth and friendliness. We never felt like strangers, but rather like good friends exploring the country together with an expert. A huge thank you to Alieu and the entire team for these unforgettable moments!

What a magnificent trip thanks to Alieu and his team! We booked a 6-day tour and loved every minute. We were able to discover The Gambia, its culture, its history, its nature, and its incredibly welcoming and friendly people.

What can I say. Our trip to Gambia was made very special thanks to our wonderful guide Alieu. We travelled up river and visited janjanbureh, wassu, Kuntuar, Baboon Island and many other spots along the way. The C4RC project was an amazing experience and the wildlife in the local area is something to behold. We were lucky enough to see 3 Hippos, 10+ Chimpanzees, so many different types of bird i lost count, Baboons and of course the Colobus Monkeys. The overall experience was fantastic but it was the calm, knowledgeable guidance of Alieu that really stood out for us. He is a really great guide who organises very well planned trips and we would have no hesitation using Bushwhacker Tours on our next visit. If you are visiting Gambia I would highly recommend them.
