The customer service was outstanding. We had a serious problem with our first excursion (a pickup tour of Sal Island where the supposed guide literally did whatever he wanted and gave us a day to forget). When we told Conrado about it, he demonstrated a diligence and empathy rarely found these days. Far from washing his hands of the matter, he investigated what had happened, identified the coordination failure, and took responsibility immediately. To make up for the unpleasant experience, he offered us another free excursion, and following his recommendation, we chose the catamaran trip. It was absolutely wonderful. We were able to completely disconnect, the sea was incredible, we saw dolphins and turtles, and the crew's service was so exceptional that they earned a generous tip. It's a huge relief to know that if you trust this agency and something goes wrong due to external factors, Conrado will move heaven and earth to find real solutions so you leave with unforgettable memories. We took the catamaran excursion and had a very pleasant experience. It's a great way to spend a different kind of day on Sal Island. The service, both from the agency and on the boat, was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

15 days with absolutely reliable transfers, interesting, locally typical hotels, and dependable and well-planned itinerary. When a flight with the Cape Verdean airline was canceled, we received excellent support via messenger until our flight the following day—on a Sunday. The suggested itinerary allowed plenty of time for independent exploration. Highly recommended!
