Founded in 2015, Egypt Photography Tours was born from a singular vision: to revolutionize how international travelers experience the ancient wonders of Egypt. Hossam was outstanding as he took care of every detail of planning for our family trip from Giza to Cairo to Luxor and Aswan. With three kids ages 6-11, he was able to tailor the pace and activities of the tour to our family, stop for snack or ice cream breaks when needed, available 24-7 when we explored a bit on our own, and so lovely and knowledgeable about all that we were seeing, helping to connect the dots. From the first greeting at the airport, Hossam was a true joy and made our family vacation to Egypt memorable in every way!! He also took professional photos of our family at the main sites, and always offered to take family shots on my cell camera as well. We felt fortunate to have Hossam take care of our family. Thank you for everything!

I arranged for a photo tour of the pyramids well in advance of arriving in Egypt from the US. It can be nerve-wracking to book with a stranger from 1000's of miles away. In this case any concerns were unfounded. Hossam was responsive to my inquires and met me early in the morning as agreed. I wanted certain shots of the pyramids and he knew where to put us to make it happen.

I came to Egypt alone, almost on impulse, with little knowledge of what to prepare for, and my experience was made so much easier by the most amazing guide, and now my friend, Hossam. He was recommended to me personally by a mutual friend who spoke very highly of him. I felt perfectly at ease with him by my side, and he truly went out of his way for me. He genuinely cares not only about your safety, but that you have the magical experience we all come to Egypt for, and I certainly did. He demonstrates impressive breadth and depth in his knowledge of Egyptian history, society, and culture, and his photography skills are breathtaking. I had one of the most incredible experiences of my life, and I'm sure it would have been very different without Hossam. If you are feeling uncomfortable about being in an unfamiliar place, especially if you are travelling alone, I will not hesitate for a moment to say that he is the guy for you. I look forward to seeing him again, and I hope you do too.
