We negotiated directly and had a great seven day trip timed to coincide with independence day. Highly recommended! The one area in which they could improve is to increase the amount of communication about the schedule and what's ahead, but I'd definitely go with them again.

From Asmara’s architecture to Keren, Massawa, the Dahlak islands, and beyond. Everything was smooth, well organized, and thoughtfully planned. We had the best trip with explore ! Our guide was Mehretab (aka Salvatore). He showed us every site in the country we could possibly see, guided us on all the best places to eat, took us to meet friends of his to give us the perspective of the locals, and he turned out to be one of the highlights of our whole trip. 10/10 would recommend.
