Payment Methods & Deposit Terms ▼

All prices are in USD unless agreed otherwise. A 30% deposit confirms your booking, with the remaining 70% due 30 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or mobile money (Tanzania). Bank Name: Absa, Bank A/C Name: FARGIN SAFARIS, A/C NO. 6019486 (SWIFT: BARCTZTZ) or NMB A/C: 42810018857 (SWIFT: NMIBTZTZ). All bank charges are the client's responsibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy ▼

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations 30-59 days before departure receive a 50% refund. No refunds apply for cancellations within 30 days of departure. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be made via bank transfer, and any transaction fees are the client's responsibility.

Tipping Guidelines ▼

Tipping is optional but greatly appreciated. As a guide, we recommend USD 20-30 per day per vehicle for your safari guide, USD 10-15 per day for the camp or lodge staff (shared among the team), and USD 1-2 per bag for porters where applicable. Tips may be given in USD or Tanzanian Shillings.

Child Policy ▼

Children of all ages from 1 year are welcome. Child rates apply based on age and accommodation arrangements. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Some activities may have age or height restrictions for safety. Please contact us for child pricing and family safari options.

Single Supplement Policy ▼

Single travelers may be required to pay a single supplement when occupying a room or tent alone. The supplement amount depends on the safari package, accommodation type, and travel season. In some cases, we may be able to match solo travelers with another guest to avoid the supplement, subject to availability. Please contact us for current single traveler pricing and options.

Custom Policy ▼

We recommend that all travelers have valid travel insurance, a passport with at least six months’ validity, and any required visas or vaccination documents before departure. Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or special requests so we can make the necessary arrangements.
