Lamstours in the Gambia

We went to Guinea-Bissau on a day trip from The Gambia with Lams and we can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable and incredible experiences we've had on our travels. From the moment we contacted him to the time we were dropped back in our hotel, everything was well organised. Lams is professional, reliable, trustworthy and and expert tour guide. The trip with him and his guide Baxs was a lot of fun and we learnt so much about Senegal and Guinea-Bissau too. We spent a lot of time on the road but the views were beautiful and we stopped several times. We also went to Fathala with him and the experience was just as good. Lastly, Lams was always fair and reasonable with his price. 100% recommended!

Lams is a sure thing. He helped us reach Guinea-Bissau. The trip was fantastic, full of wonderful landscapes, and his staff is always kind, helpful, and friendly. On our return to Gambia, we found them punctual and professional. He also took us to visit the Gambia National Park, which I highly recommend seeing with him, as he also provides a highly knowledgeable guide. The staff is always qualified. Even the challenging trips to Bissau and Dakar, as expected, were successful. Even a minor beer problem in southern Senegal was solved with Lams's negotiation skills. Special thanks also to Bakari and Doudou for the action-packed, authentic African experience. An honest Finnish recommendation.

We where traveling to Gambia (and Senegal) for the first time, before we went we had all our tours arranged and planned for 2 weeks with Lams. On the phone we already had a great connection, and this has grown during the days we spent with Lams, but also with his colleague Smiley! These two gentleman we have seen the most time during our holiday made our holiday absolutely unforgettable!! The things we have been doing together: - Pick-up at the airport - 4-wd off the road - South Senegal - Chimp Rehabilitation/Baboon Island - Roots/James Island - Trade Fair - Makasutu boat trip - Fathala, including the Lion walk - Drop off at the airport Also Lams and Smiley helped us to find a place to spent even more vacations here. When we are back we will definately book the other tours we have not done yet. Also during the tours Lams and Smiley where keeping a good eye un us if we felt good, also they where carefull during the ride because of my back problems. It is not easy to write down the experience we had, but we loved it with every beat of our hearts. I also don't want to write everything down here yet, the best is you go and experience it for yourself. We recommend Lams tours to everyone!! It was a blast!
