The signage wasn't very clear (we had to ask people we met in the corridors who directed us to the 4th floor). Once we arrived at the office, we received excellent information from a friendly receptionist who gave us lots of details about places to visit in Port Louis and throughout the rest of the island. Thank you very much for your time.
