Excellent
Our amazing Tour Leader, Amgad, met us at the airport in Cairo upon our arrival and immediately made us feel welcome and well cared for. On the way to the hotel, he patiently answered what felt like a million questions and made sure we were checked in smoothly to our accommodations — all with a warm smile on his face at the crack of dawn. Throughout our trip, Amgad made sure we were connected with our Egyptologist and that our tours went off without a hitch. Several of our flights — including those to Aswan and Cairo, as well as our return flight to Canada — were very early in the morning, and Amgad made sure we stayed on track and arrived on time. His attention to detail, calm professionalism, and excellent customer service gave us great peace of mind. Amgad made us feel truly welcome in Egypt, and we enjoyed his company very much. Memphis Tours is incredibly lucky to have him as part of their team. Thank you, Amgad!

We're about to finish our Egypt tour (Nile cruise, Cairo, and Alexandria) with Memphis Tour, and we had a wonderful time: everything was well organized, the staff was excellent, the guides were excellent, and everyone was very friendly. The guides and tour leaders (like the excellent Karim Yasser) all spoke good Italian. The drivers were excellent. Then, for Cairo and Alexandria, we had a superb guide: Walid Alsayed, extremely kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in Italian. The cruise was a dream, and the restaurants we chose were all excellent. A wonderful vacation. We want to return to Egypt to see all the things we miss about this enchanting country, and we'd love to work with Memphis Tour again. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time with Memphis Tours in Luxor! Mr. Ali, the manager, was so helpful in arranging our trip, and Mahmoud Amen was an outstanding tour guide. His knowledge of ancient Egyptian history brought the temples to life. Highly recommend this company for anyone visiting Luxor!
