Pat Mobile Safaris is an owner run safari operation based in the "safari capital" of Maun in northern Botswana. With the Okavango Delta region and Chobe National Park to the north and the Kalahari environ to the south, Maun is the best place to start exploring this amazing country. Phetogo "Pat" Malatsi is a veteran of many safaris with a successful career in guiding at both the luxury lodges as well as mobile safaris under canvas. Born and bred in the Okavango Delta and growing up on the Boro River and the inner delta village of Xaxaba, Pat grew up surrounded by pristine wilderness. Pat hails from a family of Professional guides including his Grand Father, Father and Uncles. Pat is a level 3 Professional guide and is one of Botswana's top birding guides. Pat welcomes German speaking travellers as he is proficient in the German language.
