I had a fantastic experience at Praiatur in Cape Verde! The service was outstanding and the atmosphere very welcoming. I want to give a special thank-you to Zezinho, who was exceptional from start to finish — always attentive, professional, and dedicated. He truly made a difference during my stay. I highly recommend it!

We booked a scooter through "Praiatur" for three days, from Monday at 5 PM to Thursday at 5 PM. The scooter was to be picked up at "Scooter & Quad". We received a scooter with a battery problem, which stopped working on its own Tuesday morning, forcing us to wait for the "Scooter & Quad" shop to open to exchange it. Around 6 PM, the replacement scooter also had a battery problem, leaving us stranded on a road in the middle of nowhere. Earlier the next day, we were able to return the scooter to the agency and requested a refund for the last two days, which we were unable to use. The scooter was immobilized during the negotiations (the entire second day). Praiatur negotiated with "Scooter & Quad", who agreed to refund us for the third day only, as the problem occurred after 5 PM on the first day and they considered the second day to have begun. Thankfully, Praiatur helped us navigate the process for three days after the incident to get a refund for the third day, and also provided additional compensation for the second day because "Scooter & Quad" was no longer responding. I highly recommend this agency, and thank you again to Patrick for his invaluable assistance.

We enjoyed a tour from Praia to Sal ans it was a great experience! The guide and driver were very nice and helpful. We had lunch in a cosy restaurant nd had the chance to enjoy the great views i Santiago and go for a swim in Sal.
