About The Soul of Sahara

Formed in 2018, by a traveler and a local berber guide - The Soul of Sahara is a passion project to explore the fairly unknown desert of Sahara in Tunisia. Today we are known for providing top tours in Tozeur. ​ Today we cater to big travel firms, film projects, groups and individuals who crave for a local raw feel of Sahara desert along with understanding of the local culture and traditions.

This experience in Sahara has been a super difficult to Beat. Wow , wow , wow. Thank you to the Boss - Ahmed who literally showed us the best and most amazing time in Sahara . From the desert lake where there is an abandoned bus , to Star wars shooting location ( childhood Dream of mine ) , to literally a waterfall in the middle of dessert - be literally be open to be surprised. In the evening he even organised a dinner in the desert the Berber style. Fascinating , if you are alone or with family , just don't miss this amazing experience with the Soul os Sahara team

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! My wife is from Tunisia and we found this local travel agency in Tozeur as I wanted to see the Star Wars sites and we wanted a private tour instead of being stuck with a group. Not only was it less expensive but we got to do many things that tourists do not get to see including going to the top of the Atlas Mountains and a Bedouin style dinner by the fire in the desert! We were treated like family and our guides Ahmed, Ramsey, and Aziz were amazing. My wife has most of the good photos but here are some I took. Thank you Ahmed for such an amazing experience we will never forget!
