I just returned from a six day tour through Libya. I have traveled to over 100 countries and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Incredible historic sites without crowds. Delicious and healthy food. The most friendly and welcoming people. And the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly The tour company was so easy to work with. And of course the big question is safety. I never felt unsafe. I always felt that the Libyan people were happy to welcome us. I recommend contacting Tours Libya and going now. This will be a very popular and busy destination soon!! The experience earned six stars. .
