We just finished a fantastic 5-day tour organized by Travel Est Tunisia. It was my third time in southern Tunisia; my last trips were 15 years ago. This time, we went with our children (9 and 11 years old). After contacting more than seven agencies (large, well-established agencies, smaller agencies, and independent guides), I chose this one for the quality of communication, the original and tailored proposal, and the reasonable price. Souhail proposed a tour that fit our budget and our requirements (a private tour in an air-conditioned 4x4, with a private driver and licensed guide, 5 nights in unique, comfortable, and different accommodations each night, etc.). The quote was very detailed, and all my questions were answered. The driver (Chotte eljaride Tourisme) and the guide were experienced and friendly. Communication with the agency was easy, quick, and professional from start to finish. Meals and accommodations (4-star and above) were carefully selected. The itinerary was adapted to allow for relaxation (e.g., dinner at a hotel with a pool before the sunset camel ride) and the addition of an attraction (El Jem) at no extra cost. All accommodations and meals were included. In short, I am very satisfied with this young agency! Thank you, mission accomplished, and we will cherish wonderful family memories of our getaway in southern Tunisia. Barakalaoufik.
