1. 100% NON-REFUNDABLE PERMITS (Gorilla, Golden Monkey, & Park Activities)
• Company commission is non-refundable
• Loss of deposits on permits and park entry fees if the company has made the payments
• Hotel reservations 30% is non-refundable
• 30 days prior to departure – 30% of total tour cost
• 15-29 days before departure – 50% of total tour cost
• 7-14 days before – 80% of tour cost
• 6 or fewer days before departure – 100% of total tour cost.
