We booked our trip of a lifetime to Egypt and Jordan with Egypt UTS tours. Our tour operator was Abdelrahman. I had read many positive reviews and decided that this was the best Egyptian tour company that we should deal with. I was definitely 100% correct. I had taken the normal UTS itinerary and modified it quite extensively. Abdelrahman was more than happy to accommodate, and the final price was quite reasonable. We were to spend two weeks in Egypt and one week in Jordan. We booked one-way flights to Cairo and one-way flights returning from Jordan. UTS would book all the domestic fights in Egypt as well as the international flight to Jordan. On the day we were leaving, April 2, 2026, Turkish Airlines cancelled our flights returning from Jordan. I contacted Expedia and tried to find other returning flights from Jordan to Canada, but was unsuccessful. I immediately contacted UTS and explained the situation. We were leaving for the airport in a few hours flying to Cairo and had to make a decision very quickly. I was in a state of panic to be honest. Abdelrahman got back to me immediately and said we could modify our itinerary to spend three weeks in Egypt instead of two weeks there and one week in Jordan. He would cancel all of our tours, guides, hotels, drivers, and the flight to Jordan and he would add an additional week in Egypt. Based on his quick response, I booked return flights from Cairo to Canada. UTS thinks of everything. All you have to do is pack your bags and prepare yourself for an amazing experience. When you land at the airport, an UTS airport representative is waiting for you. They help you through security and customs and to pick up your luggage. UTS makes arrangements to take you in a large AC private van to your hotel. The UTS airport representative, Tamer was phenomenal. Shout out to Tamer. He takes your passports and also does the check in at your Cairo hotel. The guide that we have, Joseph Seaf, is an Egyptologist and he is a super knowledgeable person with incredible patience. He was with us the entire time in Egypt. The hotels we have stayed at are all excellent. We paid a bit of an upgrade for five star hotels by the way. The breakfasts at all of them were superb. Everybody at all the hotels were an absolute delight. Joseph met us with a driver every day for our excursions. For example, the first day we went to the pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the grand Egyptian museum. If you need to stop along the way for something, they are more than happy to accommodate you. Let’s say you want to go to a spice market or a liquor store or need a bathroom break they will happily do it for you. They bring you back to the hotel and make arrangements to meet you the next day. Anytime you have to go to the airport for a domestic flight UTS has a representative that will take you there with the driver to ensure that everything is smooth as silk. When you land at the next destination, there is another airport representative to meet you and help you with your luggage, and to find your driver and then take you to your hotel and help with the check-in. By the way, all of our lunches were included and we usually ate at local restaurants which were all great. Traveling in Egypt is extremely safe. When you are with UTS, you have absolutely nothing to worry about except enjoying your trip. The Egyptian government takes tourism extremely seriously. They value their tourists and so do the people in Egypt. If you have ever considered a trip to Egypt, I would not hesitate at all to recommend UTS. Abdelrahman and I communicated hundreds of times and he has been the ultimate professional. No request was too small. No question was unanswered. They are a phenomenal tour company and their guides, airport representatives and drivers are all first class. Our Egyptian holiday was the best trip of my life, and we have traveled extensively.
