To confirm your safari reservation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

More than 60 days before arrival: Deposit refundable minus administrative and bank charges.
30–59 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee.
15–29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
7–14 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

Tipping is entirely voluntary but is greatly appreciated as recognition of excellent service provided by our dedicated team.

Our recommended gratuities are:

Professional Safari Guide: US$20–30 per vehicle per day
Safari Cook (Camping Safaris): US$10–15 per day
Lodge/Camp Staff: US$5–10 per guest per day
Porters: US$1–2 per bag

Tips are always given at the guest's discretion based on service satisfaction.

Families are warmly welcomed at Wakati Safaris Adventure, and we are delighted to create unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages.

General child rates are:

0–2 years: Free of charge (sharing with parents)
3–11 years: Child rates apply when sharing with adults.
12 years and above: Adult rates apply.

For safety reasons, some safari activities such as walking safaris may have minimum age requirements as determined by park authorities.

Child policies may vary depending on accomodation.

Solo travelers are warmly welcomed at Wakati Safaris Adventure.

A Single Supplement applies when one guest occupies a room, tent, or lodge independently.

The supplement varies depending on accommodation category and season and will always be clearly indicated in your quotation before booking.
