In the 1990s, before it became fashionable, we were the first to offer camel treks in the dunes of southern Tunisia. We also built a Saharan camp at that time to provide overnight accommodation for those who love the Sahara. Since then, the Saharan camp has been expanded and renovated (the last renovation was in 2006, with the construction of comfortable bungalows). Desert trekking has grown significantly, as have the discovery tours ( 4x4 and hiking) . After studying tourism in Djerba, my son Ali is playing an increasingly important role in the company. While continuing to guide groups in the desert, he and I handle the organization and logistics, as well as airport pickups in Djerba, assisted by his friend Brahim.
