Cash: Ethiopian Birr or agreed currencies accepted in Ethiopia. 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. 70% balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment. Transfer and payment fees are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

60+ days: Refund available, less non-refundable costs. 30–59 days: Cancellation charges may apply. 15–29 days: Higher cancellation charges may apply. Less than 15 days: May be non-refundable. No-show/after departure: No refund. Some services, including flights, hotels, permits, and activities, may have separate cancellation policies.
