Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe International Airport. Meet your professional driver-guide and begin the scenic drive to southwestern Uganda.
Along the journey, stop at the Uganda Equator for photographs and refreshments before continuing through rolling hills, tea plantations, banana farms, and picturesque villages.
Enjoy lunch en route before arriving at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the late afternoon or evening.
Check in at your lodge, relax, and receive a briefing about the following day's gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – Transfer to Mgahinga
After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers.
You will then begin your once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience, hiking through the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family.
The trek can last anywhere from 2 to 7 hours, depending on the gorillas' movements. Once located, you will spend one magical hour observing these gentle giants as they feed, play, groom, and interact.
After returning from the trek, enjoy lunch before transferring to Kisoro near Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, where you will spend the night.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking – Return to Entebbe
After breakfast, head to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park for a briefing before setting off into the bamboo forest to track the endangered golden monkeys.
These energetic and colorful primates are endemic to the Virunga Mountains and are known for their playful behavior, making them a delight to photograph.
Spend approximately one hour observing the monkeys after locating the troop.
Following the tracking experience, begin the return journey to Kampala or Entebbe, stopping for lunch en route.
Arrive in the evening, where your guide will drop you off at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport.
