Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Kigali City Tour
Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by your professional safari guide. Depending on your arrival time, begin with a guided city tour of Kigali, one of Africa's cleanest and safest capitals.
Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn about Rwanda's history before exploring local craft markets, art galleries, and vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking into your hotel.

Day 2: Kigali – Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast, depart Kigali for Volcanoes National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours through Rwanda's breathtaking countryside.
Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch before relaxing. In the afternoon, you may visit the Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village, where you'll experience traditional dances, local cuisine, storytelling, and Rwandan cultural performances.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Adventure
After an early breakfast, transfer to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for a briefing by park rangers.
Your unforgettable gorilla trekking adventure begins as you hike through bamboo forests in search of one of the habituated mountain gorilla families. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on the gorillas' location.
Once found, enjoy one full hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat while taking photographs and learning about their behavior.
After the trek, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. If time permits, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to learn more about mountain gorilla conservation.

Day 4: Return to Kigali – Departure
Enjoy breakfast before checking out and driving back to Kigali.
Depending on your departure time, stop for souvenir shopping or lunch before your transfer to Kigali International Airport for your outbound flight.
