On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be met with a warm welcome by our company representative, exchange some money in local currency then drive to the hotel for an overnight stay. Your professional safari driver-guide will be at the airport ahead of time waiting for you. Transfer to the Kigali hotel. Enjoy hotel amenities. Dinner and rest.

Tour Booking Policy
Payment Methods & Deposit Terms
See below payment terms to secure the tour; We take a 50% of the full amount upon booking confirmation and the balance can be wired one week prior to arrival to Rwanda or even you can pay upon arrival with a Visa or Credit Card (note: extra charges). We are flexible. We also accept payment by Visa/Credit Cards and we can share the payment link to your email directly please note this method requires Extra Fee of 4% as Bank Fee / Direct Pay DPO Rwanda.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This cancellation policy applies to all packages designed and operated by Hermosa Life Tours & Travel Ltd. Cancellation fees are based on the date of cancellation and the total tour price: 30–59 days before departure: 25%; 15–29 days: 50%; 1–14 days: 100%. Gorilla permits are non-refundable once booked and paid. No refunds are provided after the safari begins or for unused tours, accommodation, vehicle hire, services or inclusions.
Tipping Guidelines
Tipping is not traditionally expected in everyday life in Rwanda, but it is appreciated in the tourism and hospitality industry. During gorilla trekking and safaris, visitors may tip guides, rangers, trackers, porters and drivers as a gesture of appreciation for good service. Tipping is entirely optional, and the amount is left to your discretion. Cash in Rwandan francs or small US dollar bills is recommended.
