At the time of booking, a deposit of 35% of the total tour price per person. The remaining payment must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. If the deadline for the remaining payment is exceeded, Trek Afrika Adventures will be unable to confirm the booking for the client.

All payments must be made by internet transfer (electronic funds transfer) or telegraphic bank transfer (SWIFT). Funds are normally cleared within five to seven working days.

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to commencement of the safari: 30% cancellation charges.
Cancellation up to 35 days prior to commencement of the safari : 40% cancellation charges
Cancellation up to 15 days prior to commencement of the safari : 60% cancellation charges
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to safari start : 100% cancellation charges
Hotel cancellation policy applies on all hotel/lodge cancellations
Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited

A standard Tipping guidance of $10 per day is reccommended. However this is not mandatory .

Kids on Safari Pay 75% of the Adult Rate
Kids Age starts from 3yrs-11yrs
Kids below 3yrs are free of charge

Single Suplement on hotel/lodge room is 30% more on the a room per person rate.
Single supplement on sfari package is 50% more on the per person rate

Booking Terms and Conditions
In order to make your booking, please make sure that you have the correct names, nationalities and date of birth of all travelers as per their passports. If a hotel is fully booked Trek Afrika Adventures will try to offer you an alternative property of a similar standard and location.
