Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be welcomed by the Zungu Travel representative and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. Take time to relax and recover from your flight. Later in the evening, meet your head mountain guide for a comprehensive briefing covering the route, safety protocols, altitude awareness, gear inspection, and last-minute preparations. Moshi offers beautiful views of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days, and you can explore small cafes, markets, and local restaurants. Altitude: 900–1,000m Driving Time: 45 minutes from JRO
