Your safari begins with a morning transfer to the airport or scheduled airstrip for your flight from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park. Upon arrival, meet your professional safari guide and transfer into the park. Begin your first game drive through Mikumi's beautiful landscapes. The park is home to elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. With luck, you may also encounter lions and other predators. Enjoy a picnic or lodge lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive. In the evening, proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.
