After a warm welcome, you’ll leave the city behind and drive toward Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital and one of the country’s most important historic cities. Upon arrival, you’ll explore some of Rabat’s highlights, including the impressive Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the historic Kasbah of the Udayas. Take some time to walk through the old streets, enjoy the atmosphere, and discover the fascinating blend of Moroccan history and modern life. After exploring Rabat, continue toward Meknes, another of Morocco’s historic imperial cities. You’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant, giving you the chance to enjoy some traditional Moroccan flavors before continuing your sightseeing.
