Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Meet your Trek Afrika Adventures safari guide before travelling south towards Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya's most iconic wildlife destinations.
Arrive in time for lunch before heading out on your first afternoon game drive.
Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds that roam freely beneath the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. On a clear day, the snow-capped summit creates one of Africa's most breathtaking safari backdrops.
Besides elephants, you'll have excellent opportunities to spot lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, gazelles, and hundreds of bird species.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Wake up early for a full day of wildlife viewing in Amboseli National Park.
Visit the famous Observation Hill for panoramic views across the plains, marshes, and wetlands that attract wildlife throughout the year.
Explore different areas of the park while searching for elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos, and numerous bird species.
Your experienced guide will ensure you spend plenty of time enjoying wildlife sightings while stopping at the best photography locations.
Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and travel towards the Great Rift Valley.
The scenic drive takes you through changing landscapes before arriving at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch.
Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive through one of Kenya's premier wildlife parks.
Lake Nakuru is internationally recognised as one of Africa's leading rhino sanctuaries and offers some of the country's best opportunities to see both endangered black and white rhinos.
The park is also home to Rothschild's giraffes, lions, leopards, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks, baboons, and countless bird species. Depending on the season and water levels, thousands of flamingos may gather along the lake's shoreline, creating a spectacular display of colour.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, Travel through the rolling hills of the Great Rift Valley and the traditional Maasai countryside before arriving at your lodge in time for lunch.
Later, head out on your first afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara.
As the sun begins to set across the golden plains, search for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs, hyenas, and many other wildlife species.

Day 5: Full Day Maasai Mara Safari
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring one of the world's greatest wildlife destinations.
After an early breakfast, depart with picnic lunch for a full day of game viewing across the vast plains of the Maasai Mara.
You'll also have excellent chances of seeing cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles, jackals, antelope, and hundreds of bird species.
If you're travelling between July and October, your guide will take you towards the Mara River, where you may witness the incredible Great Wildebeest Migration as thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross crocodile-filled waters.

Day 6: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast before saying goodbye to the Maasai Mara.
Begin the scenic drive back to Nairobi through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, stopping at selected viewpoints along the way.
Arrive in Nairobi during the afternoon, where your Trek Afrika Adventures guide will transfer you to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
