Begin beneath the magnificent backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, where some of Africa's most impressive elephant herds roam across open plains and wetlands. From here, travel into the spectacular Great Rift Valley, where shimmering lakes, dramatic escarpments and abundant wildlife create a completely different safari experience. Cruise across Lake Naivasha among hippos and birdlife, walk alongside giraffes and zebras on Crescent Island, and explore Lake Nakuru's wildlife-rich landscapes in search of black and white rhinos. Your journey reaches its grand finale in the legendary Maasai Mara, where three nights allow you to slow down and experience the savannah properly. Your luxury Kenyan adventure begins in Nairobi, where your private safari driver-guide will meet you at your hotel, residence or agreed pick-up location. Settle into your customized 4x4 Land Cruiser and travel south through the Kenyan countryside toward Amboseli National Park. As you approach the park, the landscape opens dramatically, with the magnificent snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising beyond the plains on clear days. Arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp for a warm welcome, check-in and lunch. Later in the afternoon, head into the park for your first private game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds, often seen crossing the open plains or feeding in the wetlands beneath Kilimanjaro. Your guide will also search for lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and other wildlife. The following terms are provided directly by Trek Afrika Adventures. Please read carefully before booking.

Tour Booking Policy

Payment Methods & Deposit Terms

At the time of booking, a deposit of 35% of the total tour price per person. The remaining payment must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. If the deadline for the remaining payment is exceeded, Trek Afrika Adventures will be unable to confirm the booking for the client. All payments must be made by internet transfer (electronic funds transfer) or telegraphic bank transfer (SWIFT). Funds are normally cleared within five to seven working days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to commencement of the safari: 30% cancellation charges. Cancellation up to 35 days prior to commencement of the safari : 40% cancellation charges Cancellation up to 15 days prior to commencement of the safari : 60% cancellation charges Cancellation less than 15 days prior to safari start : 100% cancellation charges Hotel cancellation policy applies on all hotel/lodge cancellations Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited

Tipping Guidelines

A standard Tipping guidance of $10 per day is reccommended. However this is not mandatory .

Child Policy

Kids on Safari Pay 75% of the Adult Rate Kids Age starts from 3yrs-11yrs Kids below 3yrs are free of charge

Single Supplement Policy

Single Suplement on hotel/lodge room is 30% more on the a room per person rate. Single supplement on sfari package is 50% more on the per person rate

Custom Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions In order to make your booking, please make sure that you have the correct names, nationalities and date of birth of all travelers as per their passports. If a hotel is fully booked Trek Afrika Adventures will try to offer you an alternative property of a similar standard and location.
