Over ten remarkable days, travel from the wildlife-rich foothills of Mount Kenya into the rugged landscapes of northern Kenya, through the beautiful lakes of the Great Rift Valley and finally to the endless golden plains of the Maasai Mara. The journey begins at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya's leading wildlife conservation areas and an exceptional destination for rhino encounters. Continue north to Samburu, where the dry wilderness is home to fascinating species rarely seen elsewhere in Kenya, including Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx and Somali ostrich. Your safari then moves into the Great Rift Valley, combining rhino and birdlife viewing at Lake Nakuru with a completely different style of adventure at Lake Naivasha. Cruise among hippos, walk alongside giraffes and zebras on Crescent Island, and experience the dramatic landscapes of Hell's Gate. For the grand finale, spend three nights in the Maasai Mara, giving you time to explore one of Africa's greatest wildlife ecosystems at an unhurried pace. Search for the Big Five, follow predators across the savannah and, during migration season, experience the excitement surrounding the movement of vast wildebeest and zebra herds. Throughout the safari, travel privately in a customized 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof, accompanied by your own experienced safari driver-guide and staying in carefully selected lodges and tented camps.

Your grand Kenyan adventure begins in Nairobi, where your private safari driver-guide will meet you at your hotel, residence or agreed pick-up point. Settle into your customized 4x4 Land Cruiser and travel north through Kenya's fertile central highlands, passing beautiful agricultural landscapes and small towns along the way. As you approach the Mount Kenya region, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic, with the mountain providing a spectacular backdrop on clear days. Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy and check into your safari lodge or tented camp before enjoying lunch. Later, set out for your first afternoon game drive. Ol Pejeta is renowned for its conservation work and provides excellent opportunities to see both black and white rhinos. The conservancy is also home to elephants, buffaloes, lions, giraffes, zebras and numerous antelope species. Enjoy your first African sunset before returning to your lodge or camp for dinner. Tour Booking Policy

Payment Methods & Deposit Terms

At the time of booking, a deposit of 35% of the total tour price per person. The remaining payment must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. If the deadline for the remaining payment is exceeded, Trek Afrika Adventures will be unable to confirm the booking for the client. All payments must be made by internet transfer (electronic funds transfer) or telegraphic bank transfer (SWIFT). Funds are normally cleared within five to seven working days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to commencement of the safari: 30% cancellation charges. Cancellation up to 35 days prior to commencement of the safari : 40% cancellation charges Cancellation up to 15 days prior to commencement of the safari : 60% cancellation charges Cancellation less than 15 days prior to safari start : 100% cancellation charges Hotel cancellation policy applies on all hotel/lodge cancellations Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited

Tipping Guidelines

A standard Tipping guidance of $10 per day is reccommended. However this is not mandatory .

Child Policy

Kids on Safari Pay 75% of the Adult Rate Kids Age starts from 3yrs-11yrs Kids below 3yrs are free of charge

Single Supplement Policy

Single Suplement on hotel/lodge room is 30% more on the a room per person rate. Single supplement on sfari package is 50% more on the per person rate

Booking Terms and Conditions In order to make your booking, please make sure that you have the correct names, nationalities and date of birth of all travelers as per their passports. If a hotel is fully booked Trek Afrika Adventures will try to offer you an alternative property of a similar standard and location.
