Day 1: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and drive towards Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife destinations. The journey takes you through the beautiful countryside, local villages and agricultural areas before reaching the park. Upon arrival, you will begin your game drive through the park’s spectacular landscapes, characterized by open savannah, seasonal swamps and impressive baobab trees. Tarangire is particularly famous for its large elephant herds, but you may also encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, gazelles and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later in the afternoon, exit the park and proceed to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: TARANGIRE – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart from your lodge and begin the journey towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before entering the Serengeti. As you approach the park, the landscape gradually changes into vast open plains, providing your first glimpse of the incredible Serengeti ecosystem. After entering the park, enjoy an en-route game drive while making your way towards your accommodation. Keep your eyes open for wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes and predators such as lions and cheetahs. Depending on wildlife movements and road conditions, your guide will select suitable areas for wildlife viewing. Continue to your lodge or tented camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: FULL-DAY SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. Today provides plenty of time to explore the central Serengeti and its surrounding areas in search of wildlife. The Seronera area is well known for its rich wildlife and permanent water sources, making it an excellent area for observing both predators and herbivores. Throughout the day, you may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, hippos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, hyenas and many other species. Your experienced safari guide will follow wildlife activity and select the best locations for game viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari before continuing with the afternoon exploration. In the late afternoon, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti as you begin your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive offers another opportunity to observe wildlife while travelling through the changing landscapes of northern Tanzania. Upon arrival in the Ngorongoro area, proceed towards your accommodation and enjoy the spectacular views of the highlands. Depending on the timing, you may have some free time to relax at the lodge and enjoy the surroundings. Ngorongoro is famous for its unique volcanic landscape and exceptional concentration of wildlife.
