Your adventure begins in the cool highlands of Aberdare National Park, famous for its dense forests, waterfalls, and unique tree lodges overlooking floodlit waterholes. Spend the night watching wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, bushbucks, giant forest hogs, hyenas, and the elusive leopard visit the lodge under the cover of darkness.
Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya's best wildlife destinations for endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, flamingos (seasonal), and breathtaking Great Rift Valley scenery.
The final two nights are spent in the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve, home to the Big Five, abundant predators, and the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration during the migration season.

Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
Meet your Trek Afrika Adventures driver-guide and travel north through Kenya's scenic central highlands towards Aberdare National Park.
Pass coffee plantations, tea farms, and picturesque countryside before arriving at the Aberdare National Park.
Spend the afternoon relaxing while overlooking the floodlit waterhole where wildlife regularly gathers to drink.

Day 2: Aberdare – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Lake Nakuru National Park.
Travel through the fertile farmlands of central Kenya before descending into the spectacular Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch.
Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive inside Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru is internationally recognized for its successful rhino conservation programme and offers excellent opportunities to see both black and white rhinos.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park – Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, Travel through the Great Rift Valley and the Maasai countryside before arriving at your safari lodge in time for lunch.
After a short rest, enjoy your first afternoon game drive inside the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Search for elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs, zebras, hyenas, antelopes, and many other wildlife species.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari
Spend the entire day exploring one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations.
Depart after an early breakfast with picnic lunch for a full day of game viewing across the vast plains of the Maasai Mara.
Other wildlife includes cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, hippos, crocodiles, and more than 500 bird species.
If travelling between July and October, your guide will take you towards the Mara River where, depending on the movement of the herds, you may witness the dramatic Great Wildebeest Migration.

Day 5: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast before checking out.
Begin the drive back to Nairobi through the beautiful Great Rift Valley.
Along the way, stop at scenic viewpoints for photographs before continuing to Kenya's capital.
Arrive in Nairobi during the afternoon, where your Trek Afrika Adventures driver-guide will transfer you to your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
