This carefully planned journey combines the conservation success of Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the rhino-rich landscapes of Lake Nakuru National Park, and the legendary wildlife plains of the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Your safari begins at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya’s leading wildlife conservation areas. Here, you will have the chance to see black and white rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and other wildlife. You will also visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where rescued chimpanzees can be seen.
From Ol Pejeta, continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its rhino sanctuary, Rothschild’s giraffes, beautiful lake scenery, acacia woodlands, and rich birdlife.
The final part of your journey takes you to the world-famous Maasai Mara, where you will enjoy exciting game drives across open savannahs in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, and many other species.

Day 1: Nairobi – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
Meet your Trek Afrika Adventures driver-guide and travel north through Kenya’s fertile central highlands.
Along the way, enjoy views of tea plantations, coffee farms, pineapple fields, and the beautiful slopes of Mount Kenya.
Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in time for lunch at your selected lodge or tented camp.
After lunch, head out for your first afternoon game drive.
Ol Pejeta is home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, antelopes, and endangered rhinos.
You will also visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, where rescued chimpanzees are cared for in a protected natural environment.

Day 2: Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, check out and begin the journey to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Travel through the scenic central highlands and Great Rift Valley before arriving at your lodge in time for lunch.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy a game drive inside Lake Nakuru National Park.
The park is one of Kenya’s most important rhino conservation areas and offers excellent chances of seeing both black and white rhinos.
You may also see Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks, baboons, warthogs, lions, leopards, and many bird species.
Depending on the season and water levels, flamingos and other water birds may be seen along the lake shore.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park – Maasai Mara National Reserve
Begin the day with breakfast , thereafter, continue with the journey through the Great Rift Valley towards the Maasai Mara.
The drive takes you through rural landscapes and Maasai countryside before arriving at your lodge or tented camp in time for lunch.
After checking in and relaxing, depart for your first afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara.
The reserve is famous for its large concentration of wildlife and offers excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, and antelopes.

Day 4: Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari
After an early breakfast, spend the entire day exploring the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
The reserve is one of Africa’s finest wildlife destinations and is home to the famous Big Five. You may also encounter cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, gazelles, and many bird species.
Between July and October, the Maasai Mara becomes one of the main stages of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Large herds of wildebeest and zebras move through the reserve in search of fresh grazing, with possible river crossings depending on the movement of the animals.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the reserve before continuing with your afternoon game drive.

Arrive in Nairobi during the afternoon, where your driver-guide will drop you off at your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
