Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
After meeting your Trek Afrika Adventures safari guide, you'll travel south through the Kenyan countryside towards Amboseli National Park, one of Africa's most photographed wildlife destinations.
You'll arrive in time for lunch before heading out on your first afternoon game drive.
Amboseli is famous for its enormous elephant herds that wander freely across open plains with Mount Kilimanjaro providing one of Africa's most spectacular backdrops. If the skies are clear, you'll enjoy incredible views of the continent's highest mountain rising above the clouds.
Besides elephants, keep your eyes open for lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, gazelles, and more than 400 species of birds.
As the sun sets over the park, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Wake up early for a full day exploring Amboseli's remarkable landscapes.
Visit the famous Observation Hill, where you'll enjoy panoramic views across the park's swamps, plains, and wetlands. The underground streams flowing from Mount Kilimanjaro keep these swamps alive throughout the year, attracting elephants, hippos, buffaloes, and countless bird species.
Throughout the day, your guide will explore different parts of the park in search of predators and other wildlife while giving you plenty of opportunities to stop for photographs.
Every game drive is different, making each day in Amboseli a unique experience.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, leave Amboseli behind and journey towards Kenya's beautiful Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch before setting off on a relaxing boat safari.
Cruise across the freshwater lake as pods of hippos surface nearby while African Fish Eagles soar overhead. Pelicans, cormorants, kingfishers, herons, and many other bird species make this one of Kenya's finest birdwatching destinations.
Later, enjoy a guided walking safari on Crescent Island, one of the few places in Kenya where you can walk safely among freely roaming wildlife.
Without predators on the island, you'll stroll past giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, impalas, waterbucks, and countless birds while your guide shares fascinating insights into the ecosystem.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha To Maasai Mara
After breakfast, travel through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley towards the world-famous Maasai Mara.
Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy your first game drive before settling into your lodge for dinner.

Day 5: Full Day Maasai Mara Safari
Today is dedicated to discovering one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations.
After an early breakfast, head deep into the Maasai Mara with picnic lunch for a full day of game viewing.
You'll also have excellent chances of seeing cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles, jackals, antelope, and hundreds of bird species.
If you're travelling between July and October, your guide will take you towards the Mara River, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross crocodile-filled waters during the spectacular Great Migration.
Optional experiences include a sunrise Hot-Air Balloon Safari or a visit to a traditional Maasai village.
Return to your lodge in the evening after another unforgettable day in the African wilderness.

Day 6: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast, bid farewell to the Maasai Mara and begin the journey back to Nairobi.
Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through the Great Rift Valley, stopping at scenic viewpoints for photographs along the way.
Arrive in Nairobi during the afternoon, where your guide will drop you off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, bringing your Kenya wildlife adventure to a memorable close.
