The journey continues across the rugged, red-earth terrain of Samburu, where the legendary Samburu Special Five take center stage the rare Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa Oryx, Somali ostrich, and the gravity-defying gerenuk, species found almost nowhere else on Earth. Following the life-giving Ewaso Ng'iro River, witness massive elephant herds dusted red by the local soil, and predators stealthily moving through ancient doum palms.

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport (JKA) in Nairobi, where your driver-guide meets you for a seamless transfer.
Head to Steadmark Gardens for a close encounter of different species like Maasai ostrich, African rock python, African grey parrot where you will have a chance to hold some.
Later head into Sarova Stanley Hotel for where you will relax enjoy and spend your night and later have dinner

Day 2: Drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, journey north to Ol Pejeta Conservancy capturing the iconic view of Mount Kenya from a distance.
Enjoy a guided sanctuary tour to see the last remaining two northern white rhinos (Najin and Fatu) at their protected enclosure and visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary for close-up views of rescued chimps.
Relax with an optional evening game drive spotting lions, elephants, and plains game. After the exiting day unwind into your beautiful lodge Sweetwaters Serena Camp with calm and smoothing surrounding nature.

Day 3: Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy-interaction with the Mountan Bongos
Early drive towards Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy after having breakfast. Along the way you will experience the breathtaking feeling of the ecosystem and the iconic view of the Mount Kenya is reflected by the rising sun.
On arrival embark in sightings of rare mountain bongos in their forested habitat and some in the animal orphanage. From the guide give they will take u through some historic information of the mountain bongos and how it become to become to be a critically endangered species.
On wards a showcasing of rehabilitated species like cheetahs olive baboon, vevet monkey African bush pig, bush buck, partially blind lioness, the grey crowned crane, helmeted colobus monkey, eland where each has an interesting story.
Later proceed to Samburu National Reserve, known for its arid landscapes and unique special five species and as we will descend from the emerald skirts of Mount Kenya, the journey to Samburu is a dramatic ecological theater where we leave behind the cool, montane mist and ancient camphor forests, plunging nearly 1,000 meters in elevation toward the northern frontier.
The lush tea and coffee highlands rapidly surrender to the golden, heat-shimmering plains of Laikipia as you cross the equator, the landscape transforms into a rugged, sun-bleached expanse of whistling thorns and ancient Doum palms.
On arrival you settle in for rest Sarova Shaba Game Lodge after check-in.

Day 4: Samburu Special Five experience
Full-day safari drives in Samburu national reserve to spot the Special Five Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa Oryx, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich amid the Ewaso Nyiro River, beyond the safari you will be offered deep cultural immersion with the Samburu people, whose vibrant traditions and semi-nomadic lifestyle remain beautifully preserved.
It is a masterclass in biodiversity and heritage, set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Ololokwe’s towering flat-topped summit.
Afternoon transfer rhino river camp to at Meru National park where you will have your dinner and rest as you enjoy what it has to offer.

Day 5: Meru National Park Exploration
Fuel up with breakfast, and then head up to the epic drive in the park. The legacy of "Born Free" comes to life through activities that blend history with raw wilderness. Beyond standard game drives to spot the Big Five and the rare Lesser Kudu, you can embark on a poignant pilgrimage to Elsa the Lioness’s gravesite near the banks of the Ura River, where Joy Adamson’s ashes were also scattered.
For a breathtaking perspective, hike up Mughwango Hill once the playground of Elsa to enjoy 360 degree views stretching from the snows of Mount Kenya to the eastern plains. In the park's 13 permanent rivers it offer a unique opportunity for catch and release fishing for catfish and tilapia, a rare permit in Kenyan parks where you will engage in when interested.
Bird tracking of the elusive Pel's Fishing Owl or the Vulturine Guinea fowl along palm-fringed springs and with a dramatic finish to visit Adamson’s fall, where the Tana River thunders through a narrow rock gorge, providing a spectacular backdrop for a remote bush picnic in one of Kenya’s most untouched sanctuaries.
After an exciting day in the wild, return to your camp (Rhino River Camp) for a hot lunch, relax and enjoy the amenities your lodge has to offer.

Day 6: Return to Nairobi-city tour
Drive back to Nairobi after breakfast, with stops for views like hilly and lush with greener tea plantation and the mount Kenya .
Afternoon visits to Bomas of Kenya for traditional dances, crafts, and cultural villages representing Kenya's ethnic groups, followed by a CBD city tour including city market, the night

Day 7: Nairobi National Park and Departure
Sunrise game drive in Nairobi National Park for birdwatching while watching the dawn skyline reflect off the CBD a unique urban-wildlife contrast . As the sun rises over the savanna, keep your camera ready for sightings of majestic lions, graceful giraffes, and herds of antelopes grazing in the golden light. The early hours of the morning offer the perfect opportunity to witness wildlife at its most active, as predators begin their hunt and herbivores venture out to forage.
