Pick up at your hotel in Nairobi and set off to the world-famous Maasai Mara, passing through the Rift Valley and rural towns. Arrive at your camp/lodge located on the slopes of the Oloongams Hills. Check into your spacious room, each featuring a private veranda with views over the gardens and the game reserve beyond. Our driver guide will take you to various wildlife hotspots to watch a wide ray of animals such as lions, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, giraffes, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and many bird species. Head back to the camp for relaxation and overnight.

Tour Booking Policy
Payment Methods & Deposit Terms
Payments can be done in 2 or 3 instalments. 25% deposit is required to firm the booking. Balance payment can be spread over the available period before travel date. Final balance can be paid 7days prior to travel date or by cash upon arrival.
Payments can be done by bank transfer or by card via secured link. All card payment will incur 3% surcharge
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Time Before Departure,Standard Cancellation Charge / Refund
60+ Days Prior,Full refund minus administrative/banking charges and non-refundable deposit/supplier fees.
30 to 60 Days Prior,Partial refund (typically 50% to 80% of total fare charged/retained depending on high/low season).
15 to 29 Days Prior,High penalty (typically 60% to 75% retained; limited refund).
14 Days or Less / No-Show,100% Non-refundable (no refund issued for early checkouts or unused portions of the safari).
Tipping Guidelines
Standard Suggested Tip: US $10 to $20 per guest, per day.
Private / Exclusive Safari: US $15 to $25 per guest, per day.
When to Tip: It is customary to present the tip directly to your driver guide at the end of the safari during your final farewell, rather than daily.
Child Policy
Kids 0-2yrs are considered infant, therefore they travel free of charge
3-11yrs pays 50% if sharing room with parents and 75% if taking own room
12yrs and above pays adult rate
Single Supplement Policy
Single Room Supplement applies to all rates. The supplement depends on the travel season
Custom Policy
We use 4x4 lanc cruisers for all our safaris. Please note that the maximum capacity per vehicle is 8pax. However, beacuse of luggage, we recommend maximum 6pax.
Airport transfers may be done using minivan
Accommodation on first or last day can be arranged for on request if not included in the package.
