7 Days Unforgettable Tanzania Safari

After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and drive towards Tarangire National Park. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside and local villages before reaching the park. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal wildlife concentrations around the Tarangire River. The park is home to elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs, and many other species. With some luck, you may also see lions, leopards, and other predators. You will enjoy a full-day game drive inside the park, with a picnic lunch served at a designated picnic site. In the late afternoon, you will leave the park and drive towards Karatu, where you will check in and relax at your accommodation.

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering spectacular views of the highlands and surrounding landscapes. As you approach Serengeti, the scenery gradually changes into the vast open grasslands for which the park is famous. Serengeti means "endless plains", and the area provides one of the most impressive wildlife experiences in Africa. Upon entering the park, you will begin your game drive. Depending on the wildlife movements and the time available, you may encounter zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You will continue your game drive towards your camp, arriving later in the afternoon or evening.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti. After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive with your experienced safari guide. Spending a full day in the Serengeti provides excellent opportunities to explore different areas of the park and observe wildlife in its natural habitat. The Serengeti supports an extraordinary variety of animals, including large herds of wildebeests and zebras, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, gazelles, and numerous bird species. The park is also renowned for its large predators, particularly lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Depending on the season and location of the animals, your guide will select suitable areas for wildlife viewing. You will stop at a suitable picnic area for lunch before continuing your game drive. After a full day of exploration, you will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will continue exploring the Serengeti with another full-day safari. Having additional time in the park increases your chances of discovering different wildlife species and experiencing different landscapes. Your safari guide will use their knowledge of the area and recent wildlife sightings to determine the best areas to explore. You may encounter large herds of herbivores, including wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, as well as predators such as lions, cheetahs and leopards. You will also have opportunities to observe birds and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Serengeti. A picnic lunch will be provided during the game drive before you continue exploring the park. Later in the afternoon, you will proceed to Olmorijo Central Serengeti Camp, where you will check in, enjoy dinner, and relax after an exciting day in the wilderness.

After breakfast, you will depart from Serengeti and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Today you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater is one of Tanzania's most remarkable wildlife destinations and is home to a large concentration of animals within its relatively compact ecosystem. During the crater tour, you may see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, gazelles, hyenas, and many different bird species. With favourable conditions and some luck, you may also have an opportunity to see the endangered black rhinoceros. You will enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area while surrounded by the beautiful crater scenery. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and continue to Karatu for your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will begin your journey back towards Arusha. Upon arrival in Arusha, you will have some free time for a short city tour and shopping. You may visit local shops, souvenir stores, and other interesting places depending on your interests and the time available before your flight. This is a good opportunity to purchase souvenirs and gifts to take home as memories of your Tanzania safari. Later in the evening, your driver will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or the appropriate airport for your onward flight.
